iSing Terms of Use

Read these Terms of Use carefully. By using iSing, you agree to and are bound by these Terms of Use.

• iSing is strictly for entertainment purposes – iSing is not a contest, and no prizes or awards of any kind are offered.
• All submissions must be by US residents aged 18 or older.
• You must not have any of the following: (a) a contract for talent representation; (b) a music recording contract; (c) a dancing, acting or modeling contract; (d) a merchandising agreement; or (e) any contractual agreement that may prohibit or prevent you from adhering to these Terms of Use.
• All submissions shall become the property of Salexo Software, Inc.. Salexo Software, Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed submissions.
• Any submissions that include inappropriate images or language (including nudity, vulgar lyrics or language, sexual intonations, disturbing, violent or gruesome language or images) will not be accepted and/or will be removed from iSing.
• Salexo Software, Inc.’s decisions regarding submissions, including whether a submission is appropriate, shall be final in all cases and respects.
• Do not include any personal information in your iSing submission (for example, do not include your last name, address, telephone number, specific neighborhood, email address, IM screen name, or any other means of contacting you outside of the iSing application).
• All submissions must be submitted through the iSing application. No other forms of submission are valid.
• You acknowledge that your submission is your original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You agree to transfer and assign to Salexo Software all right, title and interest in and to your submission, worldwide, and to the use of the submission, including your image and your user name, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without compensation, or right of review or notification, and agree upon request to provide documentation in writing to confirm the foregoing.
• You agree that a primary purpose of iSing is to encourage interest in music and to promote sales of existing published works of music, and thus links will be available from within the iSing application allowing users to search for and/or purchase music based on the title of your submission or other elements of your submission.
• You understand that any person, music agent, record company, or other organization that attempts to contact you based on your participation in iSing is not affiliated with Salexo Software, Inc., and should be thoroughly investigated. If any dispute, harm, or other conflict arises based on any discussion or agreement you have with such a person or organization, Salexo Software, Inc. will not be liable in any form.
• You agree generally and completely to release and hold harmless Salexo Software, Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and others associated with the development and execution of iSing from and against any liability or claims for any loss, damages, injuries or costs in any way arising from your participation in Sing.
